Support

Effective October 26, 2026

Help with your household, recipes, shopping, or account.

Email Kinmise support ↗

Write to support@kinmise.app. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and your app version. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

Shopping or household changes missing?

Reconnect to the internet, reopen Kinmise, and check that both devices use the intended accounts and household. Allow synchronization to finish before making the same change again. Keep the app installed while troubleshooting so unsynchronized local changes are preserved.

Need to recover your account?

On the email sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and open the reset email on your device. If you used Sign in with Apple, use that same sign-in method. If you already have an email account, sign in to it before connecting Apple to keep the same household.

A purchase isn’t showing?

Check the Apple Account used for the purchase and its status in Apple Subscriptions. Contact support with the product name and approximate purchase time. Do not email payment-card information.

Recipe or photo results look wrong?

Review imported text and AI results before saving or cooking. Check quantities, ingredient names, allergens, and steps. Use clear, well-lit photos and crop out personal information. Receipt scanning is not offered at launch.

Delete your Kinmise account

  1. Open Account and settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete Kinmise account and read the household notice.
  3. Continue, type DELETE, and confirm. Apple-linked accounts may require Apple identity confirmation.

Shared household content may remain for other members. If you are the only household member, the household’s cloud content is deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it with Apple. If deletion fails, email support.

Privacy requests and support reports

For access, correction, or deletion questions, email support from the account address where possible. We may need to verify your identity. If you share an in-app support report, review it first and remove anything you do not want to send. Crop or redact screenshots containing household information.
